How Pricing Works

I am putting the complete pricing structure in writing: what can be priced up front, what cannot, and the reasoning behind both. Publishing it half-done would violate the standard the rest of this site holds, so it arrives when it is right.

The short version is available now. The first conversation is free. Work with a known scope gets a fixed price you will hear before anything starts. Resolution work is quoted after I have seen your facts, never before, because a price invented before the facts is not a price.
